Congrats to fellow training partner Daryl Hartley for a dominating performance this weekend at the Hybrid MMA event in Gatineau.
This was Daryl's second amateur MMA fight improving to 2-0, showing much improved stand up skills, great take down defense and awesome ground and pound!
Good stuff for a guy that never stops training hard :)
