Awesome showing by all the guys from Alliance. Cobrinha beating lovato was crazy! The result of the great training at your gym is clear when you look at Jon's improvement. He was really good when he moved to Atlanta, now he is amazing! Congrats to Alliance on a great showing at the Pans. And big props to my boy Macarrão!!!
