I think this clips onto the belt. So when the Champ retires, they can display their title belt in a cabinet, plus this number of defences ‘medallion’.

Losses - Two close decisions to Nunes. One a SD.
A loss to Liz Carmouche in a local show. Valentina was winning. On top, GnP. Got hit with an upkick. Cut. Superficial, but a lot of blood. Dr stopped fight.
She avenged the loss in UFC in 2019.
So has only really lost to 135 and 145lbs Champ Nunes, who is built like a rugby player.
