Has anyone here ever recieved a cortisone shot?
What was your experience, did it help or not? Was it painful afterwards and did you lose some mobility in your limb?
I just got one in a joint tendon and it's friggin killing me.

Yes and it was painful afterwards for about a day or so. Didn't help my patella tendonitis at all and I think it even made it worse. I finally fixed it by lots of squats, bike and glucosamine and ice :)
