I made a commitment to put myself in better shape this year.
I was 267lbs January 1st
225lbs April 1st
June 15th I will be 205lbs
I have maintained most of my strength and feel great. Low carbs 25-30 grams per day - lots of protein 200 - 250 grams a day. I do take a mild cheat day on Sundays.
Good Lord dc1. That can't be right. You have 10 x's as much protein as carbs. If so, your kidneys are headed for Renal Failure. That may be okay for the short term, but you are headed for problems. For the love of God, eat a dang quesadilllla.
LOL. You re 183 with 6 weeks to go? HAHAHA. Try being 188 with 3
weeks to go. You have it easy my friend. Just run in the mornings on an
empty stomach and dont eat late at night.
Thanks man; I have cut weight many time's just never been to the 170's. I was 185 my last fight but normally walk at 190-200ibs. I think your advice is the best. thanks man. Anyone got any good suplements to protect my muscle?
