Just watched hendo on JRE. He was promised PPV points for the first fight with bisping, after the TUF. As long as the fight was the main or co-main. So they end up moving lesnar v mir 2 to that card and hendo v bisping gets dropped to #3 behind gsp and alves.

The reason he would’ve gotten $3.5 million is because of Lesnar and GSP. They were both wildly popular champions. A headline fight of Hendo and Bisping would not have netted Hendo $3.5 mil.

A promise is not a contract. If Hendo acted/chose on the basis of a promise (in business) he was wrong to do so. He should have made sure it was put in a formal contract.
If the promise was ppv points if his fight is main or co main and he was rightfully the third fight on the card, the promise wasnt breached
