I won the pumpkin carving contest this year and arrived at the Palms tonight. They say we have a room but only on Saturday. I called Reed and he text me back saying it should be fixed. Went to the counter and they said we still have no room for tonight or tomorrow. I text Reed back and then called him later and haven't heard back (Been about an hour and a half). If anyone knows how to get in touch with someone to help is out please do. Were just sitting in the lobby. Thanks

Actually we've been dealing with the Palms for an hour and a half before those 24 minutes (and this post). So total it was about 2 hours. And after a 2 and a half hour flight delay we were tired.
On a positive note Reed just called and said he would get it taken care of with the Palms tomorrow so all should be good. Thanks again guys
