Cool is it lost on anyone what these traits describe: control the media and narrative, enforce rules that suit them at times that suit them, discredit anyone that has a different opinion, if one state tries to enforce rules they don’t like they just go to somewhere lawless and make their own rules. It’s great sports combat entertainment but can’t be a legitimate sport where the company and really the single person controls everything. Can you imagine if at the US Open tennis the head of the company just says a certain person will be in the final and don’t have to pay through the rounds??? Haha. I love watching UFC but it’s not a legitimate sport. Yes they fought to win but arbitrary popular fighters getting title shots. I don’t know why i write all this.

It’s not a tricky question whatsoever. Does your organization ban fighters from bringing out their flags or not? It’s literally a yes or no question. That’s what you think is hardball? It’s not like he was grilling them on fighter pay. What is the policy on flags? It’s a very simple question.
There are tons of hard questions that Dana never gets asked about. He has the entirety of MMA media afraid to ask any questions that could offend. This was not one of them.
Exactamundo. He views the media’s job as solely to promote his fights. And also to not ask him about future fights before he has officially signed them. That annoys him. For a guy that chose to make himself a public figure and talk to the media after every every card he’s insanely sensitive and easily triggered. He didn’t used to be anywhere near this bad when he was younger.
