God, yet another snarky, condescending post that adds nothing of substance.
Yes, it's another Fedor thread, but the depth of analysis isn't anything like prior ones.
People come here for discussion, not to read essays. For all I know, you made the greatest point in the history of the world, but your presentation is such that almost nobody's going to read it. Especially with how the board has been inundated with Fedor threads lately.
There are people, who appreciate thorough breakdowns that go beyond generic and shallow "Dana is wrong, Fedor has beaten Big Nog, Cro Cop, Coleman, Arlovski, Sylvia, and that constitutes GOAT"
All I'm saying is that you'd have more people listening to your opinion if you didn't give off so much of it at one time.
I respectfully disagree with the Brock Lesnar assessment and the match up betwen him and Fedor.
I don't see Fedor getting up from under Brock and I don't see the top position being a weak area of Brock's. Cain made it look easy because he's been working on getting up from bottom his entire life for wrestling. He was great in every area and it worked for him but Fedor is no Cain in that department. Hell, Mark Hunt held him down for what seemed like an eternity. Brock Lesnar Frank Mir IIs him IMO. Difference of opinion.

And that's a fair point, which I totally respect. I've found myself posing the same question prior to Jones-Shogun. I could see Lesnar-Fedor going either way depending on how well Brock controls Fedor from top position. I'd still lean towards Fedor based on what I've seen from Brock against Randy Couture & Heath Herring (to a lesser extent). Randy wasn't exactly known for his game off his back, yet he scrambled back up without too much trouble. It's hard for me to look too much into Lesnar's fights against Mir because Mir hardly ever resists; he doesn't try to improve positionally; instead he relies too much on securing a submission off his back. Once Mir can't catch someone with a submission and starts getting hit, the guy folds. He's tailor made for a fighter like Lesnar stylistically.
