It could be, but I have had staph and for me it looked like one bigish pimple at first, like the ones we got when we were 16. This looks like a bunch of red dots all together.
I have had a few of these types of rashes and seen them go through the gym. I have a real hard time spotting what something is, and the more I google symtoms and images the more confused I become.
Whatever it is, it could impact the fight because it could be draining Tills energy.

Looks like tinea versicolor. Just a rash aggravated by climates, harmless and not contagious
