Makes sense. Charles finished Chandler which Justin could not. Charles finished Dustin, who finished Justin

The champ should almost always be the favorite. They have the belt for a reason.

For whatever reason, Rose has been an underdog in all of her title fights. Same can be said about Stipe, I think he was an underdog in every title fight except maybe the 3rd DC fight.
