It’s similar to GSP would say that his opponent is most dangerous he has ever fought.He said that about 3 or 4 times.
I would crack up when Rogan would say that & I would crack up when GSP would say that.
MM was great, but level of competition matters, and there simply aren’t enough elite athletes at his size for him to have a serious claim to be the best.
Cant even remember the name of any of the midgets he beat.

Nope he never beat anyone, never went up and weight and challenged himself. Lost to triple C then ran away to one fc.
No one is ever going to agree on P4P best and it doesn’t matter.
