Grasso is difficult to takedown. I doubt Dern would be able to put Grasso on the ground. She has way better footwork, head movement than Dern.

So I'd go with Grasso.

This. All dern has is her bjj, and the fact that she doesnt know how to cut to 115. Grasso would out strike her and do what she wanted on the feet.
