A friend of mine told me that he got way over protective over her after a grappling tournament, or maybe before, I forget, but he came off really douchy. This must have been around like 07 or 08. I think my friend had lost to him and somebody he was hanging with might’ve been trying to talk to her, possibly Cejudo, not 100% sure. Either way Caraway came off like an asshole.
I knew Tara right around when she was starting off. I think she had just smacked the shit out of Shelby back then or was about to fight her. She was really funny and had a good way about her. I haven’t talked to her in years, and as much as I disagree with her politically and probably some other ways too, she’s always been brutally honest and never really cared what people thought of her. She was more interested in being a good fighter and winning.
