Maybe you have forgot but Cyborg got popped for steroids before Ronda moved down to Bantamweight. Ronda would have had to weight a year to challenge Cyborg for her title. Instead she went down and won the title. She wasn't running from Cyborg as she couldn't have fought her if she wanted to. Cyborg was suspended when Ronda moved down.
Ronda wasn't exactly the top contender for the title yet either at 145lbs at the time. She was a rookie with a record of like 4-0 at the time. No one was clamoring for the fight to happen at the time. No one would have even have given Ronda a chance and I'm sure Cybord didn't even know Ronda existed.
