Yeah, I don't know him, but since the last thread about him, I actually talked to a 4-stripe brown belt from Xande's school where Toby trained --before getting his black belt from silva. the Brown Belt corfimed what was said about him in that thread. His words: "He's maybe a spazzy blue belt" in terms of grappling skill. And said it was a "total joke" that he was now a black belt.
I don't see anything in his videos that makes me think otherwise.

That technical mount was atrocious. watching, you can see how awkward he moves because he's uncomfortable with the movements
