I hate to admit it, but yes it does.
It doesn't diminish Fedor in any way but it does make the KO seem a little less impressive. Arlovski has now been stopped 6 times, ouch.
Yep. Rogers smoked Glassjawski faster and more dominantly than Fedor did. No doubt about it.
1/1/01 trolls should know how to be more subtle. that's something CRE would come up with.
a win is a win shut up
yes. poor andre. and in front of timmeh. how's taste...?
NoPlacebo - It doesn't diminish Fedor in any way but it does make the KO seem a little less impressive.
Exactly my point. If idiots like jar of flies would read my thread title carefully, I specifically wrote "Fedor's WIN" and did not mention anything about this tarnishing his legacy or record or whateverthefuck.
Rogers should thank Fedor for loosening Arlovski up.
I think it diminishes Arlovski.
I said on another thread several days ago that if Rogers win, people would be saying this exact thing. Gee, thanks for proving me right. But to answer your question, NO it does not diminish anything that Fedor does. Do you think that Fedor would have lost to Rogers? HAHAHAHA! Take your MMA math and stick it up your ass.
it makes me wish arlovski had a chin maby he should start wearing a mouthpiece. we all love the fangs andri but if you put some rubber around them you might be able to eat solid food after your next fight.
no, fedor should just fear rogers
Hmmmm..... Arlovski hopped right back up and looked like he was about to mount a protest for early stoppage....
Fedor left him looking DEAD on the mat with "Eyes Wide Shut"
"But to answer your question, NO it does not diminish anything that Fedor does. Do you think that Fedor would have lost to Rogers?"
What does that have to do with anything?
The point the threadstarter is making is that how is it impressive for Fedor to KO Arlovski when a relative nobody -- whom NO ONE considers to be a top fighter or anything close to it -- can do the exact same thing, and without stumbling around swinging at air for three minutes leading up to it? This wasn't some wild fluke, many of us said this exact thing had a good chance of happening.
No, and this is a fucking retarded thread.
Arlovski was riding a 5 fight win streak when he faced Fedor, he was coming off a KO loss when he fought Rogers.
I think that it escalates Rogers. He's been blasting guys for a while now, but this was his first win over a name. So it just confirms the potential he showed in earlier fights.
And seriously, Fedor knocked him out IN MIDAIR! That shit was classic.
"He's dead Jim."
this forum isn't even worth visiting anymore.
30 wins no losses .. everyone has a loss except Fedor (and Machida)
thread is dumb.
