Draw string one peice in Gi pants or two?

I ordered 1/4 thick Nylon rope to replace my current draw string and was worried about swapping them. Is there only one drawstring in the gi pants or is there two?

OK, So there shouldn't be another string in there (depending on Gi), just the one? I am thinking about taping the rope to the old draw string and pulling it into place. Thanks
