Dustin Poirier vs. Conor McGregor

There’s no need for a 4th fight but I’m absolutely positive that if Dustin wins the belt Conor will be skyrocketed into title contention one way or another because of “unfinished business” with Dustin.

There is no fight for Conor but Nate. He can’t compete at the top of the division

By rolling, we’re talking about twisting the ankle right? Have we ever seen an ankle just break off a missed punch like that?

I trained for a decade and have watched the sport for 15 years you dumb faggot. I’ve seen a lot of checked kicks, I’ve never seen a fighters leg fall apart 4 minutes later after having his kick checked. It’s the definition of a freak injury.

Also Conor doesn’t have the heart to fight through having a fractured leg from a kick. I love Conor but he didn’t fight 4 minutes off his back eating hellbows with a hurt leg, Conor would have looked for the first way out of the fight and turtled up if he felt something off with his leg.

Conor vs CM punk might be competitive.

Those millions as a result really broke his heart lmao cy baby

My friend broke his ankle that way as a kid. Conor will need to confirm whether or not the check injured him. Also, someone should post a video of the check.

Nate, cm punk, Jake Paul and Batista as opponents for Conor would all put asses in seats. At this point I’m not sure Conor can beat Stephen a smith

The ankle was nowhere near rolled, it was detached from the bottom of his leg.

It wasn’t “rolling around in jiu jitsu and I tweaked my ankle”

Breaking is what happens after twisting the ankle when enough force and speed are applied.

Hard not to think there was some karma there from McGregor saying Poirier would be leaving on a stretcher.

It’s called signing a check for another $20 million to fight the same dude a 4th time.

Conor can fuck off do whatever he wants to, the “real” rubber match will always be there for him to come back and take 8 figures home, the same way he has unsigned checks always waiting for him with Diaz and Jake Paul.

F yo legs!

Is it not possible for it to have been compromised and not have given until the right pressure/weight/angle later on? We just saw the replay btw and its def possible the ankle could have been checked and compromised. …

i had a hard time understanding him but he did say that is was not hurt from a checked kick

The logical thing is he either had a hairline fracture from kicks in practice or from kicking Dustin & it fully fractured when we saw it.

The broadcast right now is doing like a 7 minute segment on showing how Conor’s injury was either due to throwing a strike or parrying a strike in the replays. Above the ankle.

This was not an accident. It’s called fighting. TKO by Dustin.

Fluke injury. Conors next fight vs Bryce Hall will be much more competitive

Have we ever seen this in combat sports or any other sport? Not like in the NBA when a 260lb guy jumps a meter into the air and lands wrong on the single leg…have we even seen that even?
