I know I could not do it...cardio or not...you get my respect, as I know that shit is hard to do.
Dustin...Tell it like it is Bro !! I have known you from your early days in this sport & will always be on your team.........
you da man Mark!!!
hey dustin i would like to see or here from braden myself, it sucks when a good friend falls off the face of the earth
Braden, why don't you come to the school and train man?!! Got some big fights coming up, could use your help!!
TTT..............
Dustin at 250 is scary. Hey what up big D? I have been missing all the Ohio tournaments lately. I'll be back in action on the grappling circuit pretty soon. I can't believe I have only done 1 tournament all year.
Might I add that I was the first in Ohio to have an octagon cage & put on shows & as far back as I can remember Dustin was there to set up my cards. Ohio is dashit for small shows & up & comers...........Lookout world.
Hey Dustin no disrespect intended for Flawless post. People always wanna see two elite grapplers go at it. YOu two are some of the two best heavyweights grapplers in Ohio. Dustin JJ is awesome and Tony wrestling and Submissions are on point. My boy Hennsley says nothing but good things about you Dustin. I talk with your one kids instructor Nick he invited us to come down and roll with u guys. I think Pat Barantine is another beast from u guys camp as well. He has awesome Takedowns.
TTT for Dustion Ware and Tony Sylvester
There aint 2 n's in Hensley, lol.
Yeah, Dustin is always competing. He has done so many tournaments that he probably does not get nervous anymore.
anyway, Dustin do you have your brown best yet? i read a guy joking about it, but you must be close if you do not have it now.
LOL.TONY DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS.
BUT MAYBE WE COULD PUT THIS IN THE CAGE....LOL
DUSTIN WHATS UP?
TTT
Matt I would be happy to help you and i want you to know that i have been following your progress and I'm very happy to see that you are doing so well, you have a great heart and work ethic. I'm now working in columbus at a car dealership so time is limited with me. However I may try and come in from time to time to help out. I haven't even so much as opened my gym bag since the Cox fight.
D i may take you up on the offer for the ufc party when is it?
corey fischer,
I am a lover, not a fighter...but who knows, I may have it in me to fight some day....and if I do, I would never call someone out.
As for Tony, I figured he didn't know anything about this thread, as it does not seem to be his thing. He has always been a very cool guy, and a very good fighter.
Anyway, I will see you at the show in October.
Thanks...but....
Dustin + Brown Belt = 17 more years :-)
Just Kidding...I dont really think too much about it. I just want to train, teach, and see my students do well.
Damn, that makes me sound like I am 56 years old...but I really do get more out of watching my students/friends do well in competition, then I do myself...but a good submission does feel good!
Dustin, why stop at 250? Lose another 50-70 and you and I are talking rematch, my friend...
ttt for Dustin!
DR1,
That is the goal...but it will be hard, as I only have so much time, as my "real job" keeps me busy at least 50+ hours a week! But I think at 250lbs, I would be able to use aspects of my game that I have not really been able to use in the past. I am also trying to really learn how to wrestle...all this has to happen before my body breaks down...
I have a bad knee, but I have been training for over 8 ears, and I am lucky to have not suffered a big injury...yet!
That said, are you going to make it down to the Gracie Nationals in November? I have to work...surprise, bbut I will head over and see if my divisions has not gone yet.
If not, I am sure I will see you around soon.
Thanks...like I said, I did not think he was coming after me...just that this place has a way about turning nothing into a backyard fight in just a few posts.
I just wanted to make it known that I dont & didn't call anyone out...not in my nature.
Dustin,
When is the OGC, and where is it at?
