Eddie definitely has the better skills. Better than Neer at everything but subs. I wouldn't necessarily say that Neer has more heart but he's one of the most game fighters in the sport. If it gets ugly Neer may get to test Eddie's resolve. That's what I'm hoping for at least. I think Eddie will pass the test if it happens, if it doesn't then he'll walk through Neer.
