I actually had a guy at my gym (in the mid 90's) get diagnosed with testicular cancer after getting kicked in the nuts during sparring. Didn't have a cup on. He's all good now. Even got a kid I believe. Only got one nut now though. True story. No pics though homos.
You can't get testicular cancer from getting kicked in the nuts.
The kick may have saved his life by having him go to a doctor and get diagnosed.
I had a friend that got nailed in the nuts too. Because of this, his testicle had symptoms that seemed like cancer (bump, etc)...they took one nut out as a precaution, and it turned out to be benign.
