Educate me on Michael Page.

How is his ground game? Who does he train with? What is the potential?

I've only seen highlights but I was extremely impressed by his footwork, movement and fluidity. He seems to have tremendous speed and wide arsenal of strikes.

Is he the black Conor? Bronor?

I would like to know this too. He never seems to go to the ground. I know he has a Kung Fu, Kickboxing and Karate background.

He is amazing on the feet. Reminds me so much of Anderson Silva but more loose. Even looser than Connor. I can't wait for him to come in the UFC for me he is one of the most exciting fighters. He style is basically Silva vs Griffin almost every fight.

Would love to know about his ground game. Phone Post 3.0

You can only beat who they put in front of you. And he has. Thats the most you can ask. I agree his opponents have not been the best but he has beaten every one of them bar 1 in he first round and well before the round finished. Phone Post 3.0

In the case of Page though it seem she's reluctant to step up, he's been asked about it and says he wants to take his time. He's taking a hell of a lot of time though Phone Post 3.0

I find that in the UFC, fighters are generally brought up too quickly. They kill a lot of potential stars by throwing them to the wolves quickly or making prospects fight each other early.

I like the boxing model of beating cans at the beginning and gradually beating stiffer competition in order to gain experience.

He's fighting Fernando Gonzalez next. Huge step up in comp, will be cool to see how it pans out Phone Post 3.0

He needs to be fighting every 2 months right now.

He's awesome, needs to be in the UFC asap...

The 'can' comments are irrelevant, he's not picking his opponents. Phone Post 3.0

he trains with London shoot and to say they don't fuck about does not cover it adequately

He's Raymond Daniels with solid TDD Phone Post 3.0

He trains at London Shoot fighters who are one of the best in the UK.

I've seen their BJJ team clean up at the UK Naga a while back. So, I'm guessing he's got game on the ground too.

A training partner has sparred with him. Couldn't take him down. Says his stand up is super impressive.

Common criticism is that he's fighting cans in Bellator. But who knows what they are paying him. Phone Post 3.0
