OK I'm injured and I can't work out like I want to. We all know that the abs are the most boring workouts to do, basically because you could get used to doing 200 and still not get the results you want. Are those electronic ab machines worth it. Maybe if you can wear it while doing squats and other stuff. Cut the workout time in half. I don't expect it to get me a six pack, but at least tense the ab muscles for the day. I could burn the fat with cardio. Has anyone used this. What do you think.
