It was a good fight and very even, don't let anyone make it sound like it was anything but that. He hit an elbow and the foot swelled up, pretty common actually in kickboxing, and NO, he didn't want to give up

Nah, no surgery. The main reason I didn't like the stoppage was
because I had already fought half the round with the broken foot. I
totally understand why they did end up stopping it though.
