Aisling Daly :/

Conor McGregor - a name you will all come to know.

There needs to be a one day, team based, nation vs nation world cup of MMA.

Have 8 countries (USA, Canada, Brazil, Japan, England, Russia for sure. Other two could be Australia, Poland, Germany, Korea, or whatever)

Have BW, FW, LW, WW, MW, LHW, HW. Best of 7. Country verses country, team style like the IFL. Win 4 of the 7, you move on.

Have the quarter-finals from like 8 am till 5 pm, semis at 5, and final at 10.

If they got good fighters, how would you NOT be interested in that?

Are we going with england or can we call it Uk so us scottish welsh and northern irish have someone to root for :p

Since the british fighters have a british flag on the tale of the tape and not a st george cross. Makes sense Phone Post

Lol someones got euro 2012 feverI think Overeem takes this easily! Phone Post

Have you heard of MLB's World Baseball Classic? You don't have to be FROM that specific country as long as you have heritage from that nation......for example Mike Piazza was able to play for Italy because his dad is Italian and his grandpa is from Italy and Alex Rodriquez was able to play for either the USA or Dominican Republic etc. I think in this case for MMA it should go the same way if it were to happen

Yes he is. If his parents were born in Ireland then he is automatically an Irish citizen via Dual Citizenship.
