Is it me or am I seeing a lot of former UFCers at Bellator?
They all look happy to be there...
BJ Penn, Cain, Stitch etc.
I think a lot of them feel the fun times in UFC are done but the UFC is the top organization so you need to be there, but bellator feels like why they got into the sport.

It's undeniable that the UFC is the top organization but anyone who has achieved their dreams and doesn't need to prove anything is going to gravitate toward Bellator because, as you stated, it's fun and more about why they got into this to start with.

These guys grew up watching pride and WWF it was a spectacle an enjoyable one at that. Suit and tie, uniforms, don't fit right with warriors
Bellator has signed Pico. They just need to get a few of the younger guys early and have them develop under the Bellator banner. The UFC currently has a stranglehold on the MMA market but is seemingly losing its appeal. In any business unhappy employees seek better working conditions. Bellator is in position to make a legitimate competitive product.

Something is happening. American demand for MMA is growing again and not only the UFC is benefiting.
