maybe the team thing is ghey and some other weak shit, but overall you usually get at least a couple decent fights per night for free.. the show tonight had a couple pretty good fights i thought.
I love the fact they brought Vernon White and Goes into the mix.

"The promotion's press release has announced that Pedro Rizzo (15-7) will look to defend his International Fighters Association heavyweight title against Jeff Monson (22-6). Rizzo won the belt in his last fight, defeating Justin Eilers by Unanimous Decision at Art of War 1 in March. Monson was scheduled to fight Brian Vanderwalle at this weekend's Gracie Fighting Championship, but withdrew due to a shoulder injury that also prevented him from competing in last week's ADCC. According to an American Top Team representative, Monson plans on being able to compete on June 30th."
