I completely agree with the OP. Fedor got hit but everyone gets hit in this sport. It's not the first time that Fedor's been hit solidly either.
Regardless, Fedor knocked Rogers out in the second round in a devastating fashion. Not every fight by Fedor is going to end within the first minute of the first round. Anderson Silva went 5 rounds with Thales Leites. Machida went 5 with Shogun and many people had him losing. Brock couldn't finish Heath Herring.
