Rich 'Rarebreed' Hale is preparing fo the biggest fight off his life. This friday Rich will fight for the Bellator HW Championship against the dangerous Alexander Volkov. The winner will be the HW Champion as Bellator jumps over to Spike TV.
Rich will do a daily audio diary with us as he prepares for this big fight. He will took us through his training, eating and how he prepares himself mentally.
