Who are some fighters that you look at and are just like there is no way that guy should fight at the weight he is? Either too big to make that weight, or too small to be there.

I was just watching a Rumble Johnson fight, that's what prompted me to make this thread lol

Some dudes seem better at the higher weight, like Nate Diaz at 170, Anderson Silva at 205 or even Nick Diaz at 185.
Akyama looks kind of small for 185, I think he could easily drop to 170 
Jones, uno, thiago Alves, Forrest, Edgar, Penn(welterweight), I think Fedor could make lhw, anderson is pretty big too.
Tibau, Rumble, Alves, are the 3 that come to mind when I first read this thread. I remember seeing Rumble in the Ontario airport and he looked HUGE! I asked him how much he weighed and he said between 210 and 215. That is a GRIP-O-WEIGHT to lose!!
I said, "Man, that last week must be hell". He said "It's really not as bad as people think.". I said "Ok, but the last two days.........you must be a grumpy SOB". He nodded his head "Yeah, yeah, those last couple days....I'm probably not very cool to be around."
Anderson does seem to have a big frame, but he's not ultra-shredded like Tibau or Alves at his fighting weight so it doesn't seem as obvious that he should be up a weight class.
Fedor looks out of place, but clearly that isn't the case. BJ looks out of place at 170 (and did at 185 and 205). Frankie looks to small for 155. Aldo looks too big for 145. James Irvin looks like a martian on chemotherapy at 185. Forrest looks pretty large for 205; I mean how many LHW's make Rampage look small?
You know who looked just friggin HUGE when he was at 205 was Overeem. I remember watching him fight Shogun and thinking that Alistair must be filled with helium. He was GI-normous at 205.
