I know you are you trolling but.... all he did was talk about a new interpretation of the ornish diet that works for him, made vague references about animal products and harm and related some personal experiences about feeling good. He is a great coach but don't mistake his enthusiasm for fact.

Some fitness/bodybuilders do it for a prep but there's no performance demands in their chosen competition.

Keto is a lot of shit. Good for fat loss I guess but it's basically a complicated Atkins diet. Guys like Rogan, Schaub (who doesnt even do it properly btw) promote these fads for some reason but if youre an athlete there is no way that ketosis is optimal for performance.
