In the lastest grappling magazine I saw an ad for a 2 dvd series titled "fit to defend". It has Jean J Machado showing jiu-jitsu and a karate guy showing his moves. Just because it has JJ Machado I was interested but wonder about this other guy. Has anyone seen it? Its cheap, only $19
I'm a HUGE fan of JJM but I'm not too interested in this product.
It is pretty good.The material is basic BJJ/GJJ,but the part on Base is worth the price alone.Jean Jacque covers all the self defense common strikes/positions-defense against punches,kicks,headlocks,bearhugs,wristgrabs,etc.
