And the first 2 rounds of Lawler-McDonald were a bit slow, a lot of tentative feeling out. The last 3 rounds were amazing though. Still, Bermudez vs Stephens was an amazing back and forth display, which is always the sine qua non of a FOTN (or at least it should be).

I don't agree with basing any decision on what a guy's post-fight face looks like. Some guys bleed more, or more easily, than others. Frankie Edgar's nose starts to bleed when he touches gloves right before round 1. It's meaningless. It's also RACIST since you're always gonna see more blood more easily on a lighter skinned fighter than on a darker skinned fighter. Yup, racist. Racist racist racist.

Bermudez/Stephens was the highest pace fight of the night with the most non-stop aggression, and a sick finish. I think it deserves FOTN. It only suffers due to the lack of buildup/drama to it.
With a card like that, everyone wins. I can't wait to see the numbers for this thing. That was a really good fight though
