Great stuff brother! Killing my guard man! Haha, but great tips, never thought about going shin to shin on 1st one, I just will go old school and spawl back, this is soo much more effective. Great share. Thank you sir.

It’s pretty good but the shin to shin one ISN’T about gout going shin to shin, it’s about changing the angle of the hips, which he does not do.

Very smooth passes. I like Pass this guard with some similar techniques but some lovely variations there I hadn’t seen. You must be a Mendes brothers fan?
