Franklin a Miletich fighter?

On ufc unleashed, I think they said rich franklin was on the miletich team. Is this true, or did I hear wrong?

He trains out there sometimes, but is mostly based out of cincinnati. He's managed by Monte Cox, like most of the militich fighters are, and is therfore on "Team Extreme." He and Horn seem to help each other prepare for their fights a lot, too.

I don't think I would call him a Miletich fighter, but there is a very good relationship between Franklin, Gurgel and the Miletich camp. I know that Hughes, Horn, Franklin, and Gurgel all are friendly and have worked together.

What do you base that on? That is exactly opposite of everything I know of him.

Franklin is not a Miletich fighter... because he is on the Team Extreme management team, he works out with and has built friendships with many of the MFS fighters... especially Horn.

"franklin seems kinda arrogant..."

NOT at ALL, cool ass laid back dude...

TBidness

Rich trains with Jorge Gurgel and Kerry Schall out of Cincinnati, OH as a few others have said. He's good friends with Jeremy Horn but as Jeremy told me at UFC 53 they really don't train together, he just comes out and works his corner for fights. The Miletich camp is just in really tight with Rich and his crew.

And the arrogant comment??? Honestly, Rich Franklin is one of the nicest and most humble guys in all of MMA if you ask me. He's always respectful of his opponents and never talks trash before or after the fight. Rich Franklin is a class act.

franklin seems kinda arrogant...

do you think gsp seems that "way" aswell?

btw.... Neal Rowe gets major props as well. Rich's training partner, and Muay Thai coach.....as well as Josh Rafferty for all his hard work, and training.

Only met Rich once and he was very easy going, humble,
and enjoyable to talk to. Not arrogant in the slightest. If
anything, he seemed a bit shy. I have been around the MFS
guys, too, on a few occasions, and none of them were at all
arrogant. They were all very decent and patient with
everyone around them. This includes Pat, Jens, Matt, Horn (I
know he is no longer officially with MFS), Lawler, Tim Sylvia,
Fryklund, and a bunch of others. I thought they all
represented themselves, their gym, each other, and
MMA very well.

ive had the oppurtunity to meet and train with quite a few of these guys and there actually really good guys.try to meet and train with the guys b4 you talk shit about them

all the MFS guys are very approachable. that has been my experience anyway.
