I doubt Nick is finishing Gaethje. Way too much of a chin for a cumulative pitter patter beatdown.
And I don’t think Nick would be able to take it to the ground against Justin to sub him.
Ignoring cuts I’d think this is a Gaethje win on the cards. Nick might land more but Justin’s shots would land much harder. Might be fairly even scoring but bigger shots always win whether it’s damage or even just optics to judges.
This doesn’t seem like a fight that gets finished.

I voted Gaethje but this is actually a very 50/50 fight to me. They both can take a beating and keep going. Diaz has the cardio and jitsu, Gaethje has the power and wrestling. I would say Diaz edges in overall boxing/striking and Gaethje takes kicks. This would be a really fun fight

Diaz. Wayyy better grappler. Better boxing. And I’m assuming this fight is at 170. Diaz won’t be bullied and will be like 3" taller.

Seems like a no brainer.
Justin could not have done as well as Nick did against gap or condit.

165*. Yes, but Daley is primarily a boxer. Those leg kicks are game changer.
Also, it’s not like Nick is known for his wrestling, or his power so getting Justin down might be a problem.
