Scorpion. Here is something to keep in mind which no one has bothered to mention yet. Cauliflower ear can lead to loss of hearing acuity. The folds in the ear channel and shape the sound into the ear canal. You are not going to go deaf in the sense that you are causing hearing damage (like you get by attending loud concerts), but you are going to lose the finer points of the sound going into your ear. Also, in really bad cases, the scar tissue extends into the ear canal, and has to be operated on.
