His comments at the end of the broadcast about 'family always being family' and you know who you are or whatever he said would be consistent with that

And I'm sure they did give him a private send off (I mean there's zero chance that they wouldn't do that surely). But they should have given him a public send off so that the fans can appreciate him and to show everyone that they appreciate his hard work through the years and it's an end of an era.
Shameful really. He did a great job too, most of the other guys they have had to try to fill in don't quite cut it.
