Well, so much for the upset. But man, it really seemed like it was stacking up to be a fight prior to the takedown/cut. Machida was doing ALOT better on the feet than I expected(like I said before, he's skilled and brings much to the table, I just thought Jones' reach would overwhelm him), he just couldn't stop the takedown and I don't think he was prepared for the power in Jones' gnp.
The ending with Machida falling limp to the canvas was cold/brutal as well. I won't accuse Jones of doing it intentionally, but damn, what a way to send a message to the rest of the division. Geez!
