I'd recommend that he go for the submission. 
Horrible idea if he decides to stand and trade with Lewis. Easiest path to victory is a takedown and submission. Gonzaga gets ko'd if he's not just talking shit. 
Probably just talking shit. He knows he has the power to catch anyone like he did to Jordan. He'll likely push forward for the takedown and go for the sub. He has to.
I would say he should pull guard but Lewis drops Thor hammers.
He should try to take him down right away.

Gonzaga has the edge technically on the feet and ground. But most people have the technical advantage over Lewis. He just happens to be the strongest fighter in MMA and that is quite the equalizer!
