I use 5Dimes as its the only one I can use in WA state. Only took a pay out once, but didn't have any issue. 
If your in Europe, Paddypower is good for MMA. Has the most options when betting. Ladbokes is another good option. Offers live betting.
Another good option which can be used in the US and worldwide if you use bitcoin, is Nitrogensports . Has UFC,Bellator and WSOF. Instant deposits and withdrawls. Its my most used site for mma betting. Live mma triva prizes on it also in the chat room. Great site. Number of UG members on there.

5Dimes usually has the best lines, and the betting options are plentiful. You can parlay just about anything.
Bookmaker is damn good too, and I LOVE their live betting set-up.
