good multi-purpose gloves?

what hook and loop glove would be recommended for padwork and sparring?  this is for recreational use, im not a pro fighter.  i only want to buy one pair of gloves right now.  links and tips are greatly appreciated

Twins 16 oz gloves, Twinsspecial.com

They even have nifty designs if your into that kinda stuff.

I have 16 oz Windys, use them for sparring.

thanks i went with Twins Special 12 ounce, so i could work the clinch, etc as well
