All of Manuwa's UFC fights have ended under weird circumstances. So it's still hard to gauge just how good he is. But this is definitely his big chance to prove how good he is and make a name for himself.
I'd have to go with Gustafsson at this point based on how he's performed against a higher level of competition, but it's definitely an interesting fight.
I think Gus takes him down to show off his wrasslin/jitz

Manuwa can win this he has that speciale momentum and confidence and pretty good standup.
Not a smart matchup to make from the ufc.

This is a perfect fight for Jimi. Anyone with half a brain knows he has a chance to take it. But expectations are going to be low because Gustaffson just put on such a good performance with the champ. Plus it is the first real jump in talent that Jimi will have experienced in the UFC. Even if Jimi loses but puts on a good performance his stock will rise considerably.
On the other hand it is terrible for Gustaffson, in fighting Jimi he is taking on someone with little to no name value outside of the hardcore fans and is seen as being on a considerably lower level. Even if he demolishes Jimi (which I can't see happening) he isn't going to gain anything from it.
I hate this fight. I want to see gus go at jones again but not by beating jimi. I can't root against our own. Hate it!

This is BS. Yes Jimi is 3-0 in UFC and 14-0 overall but that doesn't mean he's ready for TITLE CONTENTION! This is purely a business fight at Jimi's expense but you know what...
