hammer house = no cardio

Coleman gases against Shogun. Randleman gases against Whitehead. Baroni gases against Riggs. And they all looked like cardio clones out there, gasping and throwing prayer-haymakers and slow shoots.

What's the disconnect here? They need to hire a new cardio coach.

Randleman does also train with some of the Xtreme Couture guys sometimes, not only with Hammer House guys...

Usually people who trains with Xtreme Couture guys have good cardio

they should look into hyperbaric chambers

If you think about it, all of their physiques look similar. Natural? I don't know. But I do know that the more thick muscle mass you have the easier it is to gas.

I thought wrestlers had cardio but ....

To much Lifty not enough runny..

Maybe they should switch to bodybuilding contests.

Whitehead looked more gassed than Randleman. He was pretty much useless halfway through the second round after dominating Randleman for a round and a half. I was surprised to see such aggression from Whitehead who had always seemed kinda a passive fighter, but he looked like the old Whitehead by the end of the second round.

Also, Randleman defended himself pretty well on the bottom. That was something else I didn't expect.

Robin.

stop trolling. coleman is going to come in to the cage and destroy all comers.

As an Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine specialist, I can tell you that a chamber would not help any of them in any meaningful way.

He was trying to lure him in. Ever heard of rope a dope?

I know. It was obvious. The ref was also fooled and mistakenly stopped the fight right before Coleman was going to wage his attack. He had Shogun right where he wanted him.

Some people don't understand strategy in a fight.

Stringing him right along

part of it the "cardio problem" is a pacing problem - HH uses a high energy style that eats up your cardio.

if you use a pace designed to win a 7 minute event in a 15 minute event, you're going to have problems.
