Any ideas on how to hang a double end ball from a very high ceiling? I'd like to wall mount it somehow, but I need an idea for something to stick out of the wall far enough. I don't want to spend a bunch of money on wall mounts from Ringside or something.
You can make the same wall mount brackets that ringside sells, only make it out of 2x4's and it will hold the double end bag just fine. Make sure it is in the studs good, screw an I-bolt in the end and whalaa! You should save about $50-60 by doing it this way.
