Heavy Bag Set up- BEAMS or RACK?

Just getting some opinions. I am making a new room for heavybag training. Boxing , Thai all sorts of Bags. What is everyone's opinion on the difference between going to the BEAM or this newest trend of buying this Racks to set up the bags. Just looking for other peoples experiences with both of them

Beam, you can fit alot more bags. Also there is a certain appeal to a room full of bags

 As long as it is  an I beam or something equally solid, beam is fine. Rack is just when your rent is super high.
