Helio Soneca Returns to Knoxville
World Champion Helio Soneca will once again be teaching in Knoxville on a regular basis. The classes will be on Friday and Saturday at the Wolf Clan Combat Facility. The first month or so he will be in every other weekend, but the plan is to have him teach here every weekend starting as soon as possible.
The schedule will be as follows:
Friday Morning: 11:00 AM Gi, Adult BJJ
Friday Evening: 6:00 PM Gi, Adult BJJ
Friday Evening: 7:15 PM No-Gi, Adult BJJ
Saturday Morning: 10:00 AM Gi, Kids BJJ
Saturday Morning: 11:00 AM Gi, Adult BJJ
Saturday Afternoon: 12:30 PM No-Gi, Adult BJJ
The first weekend training session will start on July 17, 2009
