Sometimes after I roll (especially when I play alot of guard), my hips feel like I am 90 and I am limping for half a day. Just curious if anyone else has encountered this problem and if so, what do you do to fix it? Thanks.

Thanks jonpall; that's good advice. I was, however, looking to see if anyone could relate and what they did in their circumstance(s).
also do alot of gay ass hip flexion excercises, its easy to pull your hip flexors and abductors playing with big guys
I get the same: I put it down to a repetive strain injury... best cure, don't do it so much.
