How do u make a grappling dummie and make it hard for groung 'n' pound?

I made a rope "body"- torso, arms, & legs then covered them with news paper. Full pages for torso and rolled around the arms & legs.
Covered the whole thing with lots of duct tape. Sucker weighs about 40-50lbs. Can pound it, throw it, or what ever.
